"Lita was.... she was great! We went to her to help us buy a house. The house that "found us" was a short sale and required several months of back and forth, but she fought for us and for it - and we got it. She has helped us with contractors and roofing. We were so impressed by her professional, dedicated, and personable nature and our resulting experience in purchasing the home, that we returned to her several years later to have her sell it for us as well. 10/10 would gladly recommend!"

"Lita is truly a beginning to end realtor. She never hesitated to meet us at the house we were buying, from the initial viewing to the final walk thru. She was thorough with her prep and cleaning during the Covid-19 guidelines, answered every question and advised us throughout the process. We are not first time customers of hers (she has been our multi family realtor, from our parents to our children and many friends as well) and will continue to use her in the future and recommend her to EVERYONE we know. "My boyfriend and I are both first time home buyers and Lita and her assistant Martha did everything they could to make the process as easy and smooth for us. Lita stuck up for us in a few tough situations that we ran into with the seller and repairs that needed done on the house. Lita stayed on top of everyone involved in the process to make sure things were done on time and to help us close on our house before Christmas. Lita is not only a great realtor but a genuinely kind person who only has your best interest in mind. She has followed up with us even after closing to ensure our repairs have been completed. We are glad we chose Lita as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling."

"Lita and Martha went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make sure we were informed and comfortable with everything. Downsizing and moving after 20 years at the same place can be traumatizing, but we were so comfortable with Lita and all the people she brought to us when we needed to do an estate sale, roof, plumbing etc. She had all the contacts and they were all amazing experience as well. I would highly recommend her and Martha as well as the contractor contacts that she has, for any all your real estate needs."
